Acceptable Use Policy

1. General Conduct
You agree to use Madison AI responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This policy applies to all content created, generated, uploaded, shared, or published through the Platform.
2. Content Standards
You must not use the Platform to create, generate, store, or distribute content that:
• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities
• Infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent)
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Constitutes spam, phishing, or social engineering
• Impersonates individuals, organizations, or AI systems
• Is deliberately misleading, deceptive, or constitutes disinformation
• Violates privacy rights or data protection laws
• Targets minors or vulnerable populations
• Promotes dangerous activities or substances
3. AI Usage Responsibility
When using AI features (built-in or connected), you are the publisher of all generated content. You must:
• Review all AI-generated content before publishing
• Verify factual claims and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and industry standards
• Not attempt to bypass AI safety filters or content policies
• Not use AI to generate content for prohibited purposes
• Accept full responsibility for published AI-generated content
4. Platform Integrity
You must not:
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Probe, scan, or test security vulnerabilities without authorization
• Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or access controls
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
• Interfere with or disrupt Platform services or infrastructure
• Share account credentials or enable unauthorized access
• Use automated tools to interact with the Platform beyond intended API use
5. API Key Management
If you connect your own AI provider API keys:
• You are responsible for key security and proper management
• Revoke and replace compromised keys immediately
• Ensure your usage complies with your provider's terms of service
• Do not share keys between unrelated accounts or applications
• Monitor your provider billing for unexpected usage
6. Built-In AI Fair Use
Built-in AI resources (Claude, Gemini) are shared resources. You must not:
• Abuse built-in AI for purposes unrelated to marketing
• Engage in automated bulk generation beyond normal marketing use
• Attempt to extract or replicate AI model behavior
• Use built-in AI to circumvent rate limits of other services
• Monopolize shared AI resources to the detriment of other users
7. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
• Warning notification
• Temporary suspension of access
• Permanent termination of account
• Removal of violating content
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law
We reserve the right to investigate and take action on any violation at our sole discretion. Repeated or severe violations will result in immediate account termination.
