Madison acts solely as an orchestration tool and assumes NO responsibility for any content whatsoever. Specifically: • All AI-generated content is YOUR content. You bear full responsibility for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing it. • You MUST ensure all content complies with applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, and platform-specific policies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter). • Madison does NOT review, moderate, verify, endorse, or assume responsibility for any content. • Content published via autopilot features remains your sole responsibility. Enabling automated publishing constitutes your consent and authorization. • You must have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for uploaded/published materials. • Madison shall NOT be liable for ANY claims, damages, losses, or consequences arising from content you create, generate, approve, or publish, including but not limited to: defamation, copyright infringement, trademark violations, privacy violations, misleading advertising, regulatory non-compliance, hate speech, discrimination, or any other legal claims. • This applies regardless of whether the content was generated by your connected AI providers or manually created.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MADISON AGENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL. IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED €100 OR AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
